How do I let someone I like know that the guy she's in a fling with doesn't like her back?

There was even another guy with a girlfriend that told her she should leave him alone after seeing the bite right on top of her shirt) and is just using/taking advantage of what he can get without making it seem like I'm trying to campaign to have her to myself? She seems to have emotions that go towards both me and him, but more so to him and are developing towards me, and I understand because they used to go out but he cheated, and I've liked two different people before too so I'm trying to be understanding of her and I'm just waiting for my chance to really shine.

I have no intention of being a nice guy because I know nice guys finish last.

I'm not entirely sure she likes me as well, but sometimes it seems like it. Neither of us have said anything about it. She tells me she likes the guy but is also quick to remind me either to ignore him or that they're not going out.

While I was typing this question, I sent her a message over myspace explaining why I can't call her tonight. At the time her display name said "Money Over Stupid Boys" and her headline said "My Money come first then stupid boys". The message said

"I've got a lot of homework that I stupidly waited until tonight to do and it's due tomorrow, so I gotta get done what I can. I just wanted to say hey quickly because I may not have time to call you. if you want to talk for a few minutes I won't ignore you if you call."

After I sent the message, she changed her display name to "I'M DOING ME" and her headline to "BOYS ARE STUPID WELL SOME ARE I STILL THROW ROCKS AT THEM." She hasn't called me, but I think it's a start, seeing that she changed her mind and decided to say only SOME boys are stupid afer I sent the message.

well i think you should talk to her.make sure you will have privacy so you are not interrupted.let her know that you feel this guy is just out for sex and you dont like the way he is treating her.tell her if she would give you a chance you will show her how a man treats his lady. tell her that you really like her and you think it would be great if you two went out.tell her to pick a time and place.dinner and a movie? dinner and dancing? miniature golf and burgers? whatever you are ready to show her a good time and she will be glad she gave you a chance.now go for it! good luck.
