Who do I call or write to? I was thinking maybe Illinois Department of Health, I don't know who so please bare with me... The reason is this if a person sick physically with chronic neck pain and have mental illiness on the side... Some doctors think the patient mind playing tricks on them, end of story help me please

Just go to get a second opinion. If you don't feel like anyone is listening to you, then ask the hospital if you can speak with the patient advocate. It is entirely possible that you are experiencing communication issues. Are you sure you understand what they are saying? Perhaps they are trying to tell you that they don't really know how to fix your problem, but they just aren't saying it in a way that validates your symptoms. Not everything is fixable, unfortunately, and some docs don't like to admit that.

For individual doctors, contact IDPFR, Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulations.
I'm not quite sure about hospitals.

whether that's a valid grievance you could record it with the Illinois Dept. of expert regulation. verify that that's legitimate however. Like extreme malpractice or harassment, not that he's not nice or something alongside those strains.
