I don't think you read the Bible to get specific tips on things like financial advice - you run the risk of reading individual verses out of context. On the other hand, you should read the Bible (as a complete document, for the big picture) in order to understand God and His plan better and gain wisdom in general... wisdom which will affect all your decisions in life, including financial ones.
That said, I have heard of this organization which offers programs in churches and it does have online tools too:
Crown Financial Ministries - http://www.crown.org/ They probably have a lot of Biblically based financial advice (or financial advice which comes from a Christian worldview).
I would NOT advise you to buy into the claims of prosperity-preaching churches which emphasize that you should give in order to receive. That is not Biblical advice.

I would suggest to you, that what Christian teachers are telling you, is all designed to separate you from your wealth. Tithing was a program designed to facilitate the Temple, repairs and maintenance, when the Temple was destroyed, the Tithe was no longer commanded for the Jews..so why should Christians tell their sheeple to tithe, as though it was God's plan of financing churches, which are teaching all sorts of contradictory and outrageous doctrines to the Torah.
Stay out of the church and you will have saved your quarter a week,,,, even that reinvested in a good business will be more profitable in the long run. Obviously the more the church is encouraging you to give to their programs , the more you lose.
You will not buy a seat in heaven, nor get on the Good side of God, since God very much hates Christianity, though God does indeed love every person and all of the Torah -Tanakh encourages both Jew and Gentile to repent from doing wickedness, which makes for a better world.
