do you think that when a chap (you fancy and he knows it!) uses a term of endearment such as sweetheart (when it's not within his normal vocabulary list) as a greeting as in 'hello sweetheart' instead of 'hello ' it is a sign he fancies you....

do you think another sign is......him trying to make small-talk and making you laugh?.....and taking his shirt off (albeit for work purposes) .......and asking about your pets.....is yet another sign?.......

Your opinions wil be appreciated...thanks....

I must admit I'm prone to over-using the word "sweetie" referring to women who I know wouldn't be taken aback by it, so I'm not sure it's a 100% open and shut case, but otherwise, yes :)

Well, "Better you wait for some more reliable sign or an outright declaration from him" than jump to a conclusion. But have you thought of ASKing the bloke? Or even telling him how YOU feel? If not, why not???
WARNING: Do *not,* repeat NOT, try to give him the same kind of hints you think you're picking up from him. Chances are about 99% he'll never notice them, and you'll be asking us why he doesn't take your hints--to which the answer would be that he's a MALE.

Sweetheart, anybody can call you anything.Calling you sweetheart doesn`t mean i fancy you.Men sometimes try to take your measure by doing all the things you`ve listed. He might or might not be serious. If you give him the green light he`ll go with the flow.Better you wait for some more reliable sign or an outright declaration from him.
