Take him to the hospital emergency room. Even if you don't have a lot of money or insurance most hospital have an income scale. You might be eligible for free or next to nothing care for him. At the very least the hospital will allow you to make monthly payments until the bill is paid off.
Don't wait. This could be something very serious or it might be something minor. However if he is dehydrated it can become life threatening.

That sounds like a virus, but he should be evaluated if he does it more than once and especially if it is projectile vomiting. For future reference, as a rule of thumb, you should always wait one hour after he vomits before giving him anything. Then EASE him back into eating. Start out by giving him water, maybe one or two ounces. If he holds that down for more than half an hour, you could give him a little more. Then move into saltines, flat soda, etc. Stay away from meat and dairy products for an entire day.
Apply for Medicaid for the child.

Before I answer your question I need to know if your two year old goes to daycare? By the way what he has is a stomach virus. A doctor would tell you to wait two -three weeks. Don't go to the doctor yet an antibiotic will only make things worse. Get him to sip plenty of water he's going to be a little more sense he's been throwing up and try to get him to eat but don't let him eat too much at one time or at all.

He should definitely be seen by a professional. Depending on which state you live in, you can sign up for free medical while he's being treated for whatever he has. I know recently, there was some virus going around that has struck everybody in my home, including my children (similar symptoms). But it's too risky to just say, "it's a virus, it will pass."
Once you get to a hospital, they won't turn a child away. And if you don't qualify for free medical, at least you'll know what he has and can possibly treat it yourself.

Your son's health is in danger, this has been going on for too long. It almost sounds like he has a intestional blockage. This could be extremely serious. He could dehydrate quickly, it could be a bacterial or viral infection. The possibilities are countless. You need to take him to the ER regardless of your ability to pay, they have an obligation to treat him. With something this serious you can't afford not to take him. Please seek help immeditely, you are required by law to get your son treatment regardless of financial resources. If something were to happen to him not only would you never forgive yourself you would be facing criminal or charges of neglect.

OK I am not understanding at ALL, you have let your child go a week vomiting? Get him to the doctors, he probably needs a scan of his tummy, he might have an infection. Go to a county hospital and make payments. Your son is VERY sick. Good luck.

Yes you need to go to a doctor. Make sure you keep him from becoming dehydrated! Your child's health is more important than money. Worry about him first & money later.

omg a child who vomits for more than 72 hours needs to seek a Dr's attention asap. He is probably dehydrated and that too can cause a tummy to hurt. Screw the insurance and money, your child is ill and you need to do what it takes to get him better..talk to the Dr about setting up a payment plan to pay for the visit.....what is more important, your child or worrying over money?.....Get him to the Dr asap.....Kimmie
