overall weight (fat) loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well if you have stairs try first walking up and down, then run after a few days of just walking. Don't strain yourself...

If you don't you can stand in one place and lift one leg at a time bringing your knee up as if you were doing a very over dramatic march. Then the other leg. You'll feel a pull in your muscles behind your leg and your hiney too. good luck. Some one once told me thats how Jlo keeps hers under control! Haha

Welcome to not being a stick person 101! If you have thighs, (I know everyone has thighs, but I mean thighs other than the stick thighs) you will most likely always have them. Your thighs are usually very bulky muscle, and you use them all the time, walking, sitting down, standing up, they are one of the muscles that moves you.

Now if you add fat to that muscle, then they are even bigger, but walking, running, doing squats, and eating a low fat healthy diet will make you loose weight, but you won't loose that muscle, you are more likely to gain muscle!

Enjoy your curves, OWN IT!

Why don't you just get some fat taken out of your hips, and then you'll just look insatiable.
