i lost about 40lbs
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best diet I ever diet was quick trim by cybergenics. I went from a size 20 t a size 12 in 2 weeks. The weight stayed off unitl I got pregnant. It's hard to find now, but if you look you can find it online

Easy. The Best Life Diet! I have been on it since Jan. 07' I have lost about 40 LBS. I love it. I am not hungry I have tons of energy. I feel great! It made me understand what I was doing wrong and told me exactly what to do to fix it. Also my favorite activity is Tae Bo. It is fun, convenient and I really feel stronger. That is my goal now. To live healthy and make better choices. I don't even like calling it a diet.
GOOD LUCK

good for losing weight, and good for your health all around (so long as you're attentive to what you're eating)

a vegan diet. (or if you really want to be a fanatic about it, a raw vegan diet)

i did it for 10 years until i stopped caring. was significantly overweight before hand, lost a LOT of weight and felt a lot healthier, and once i went back to eating meat, dairy and eggs i gained almost all of it back.

animal rights propaganda aside, you really do feel a lot healthier eating that way, so long as you do it intelligently.
