I want to go from Birmingham, Alabama to Thief River Falls, Minnesota. I tried cheaptickets.com, but i want itto be under $566.00. Can someone please help me?

Try to see if Southwest has plans going that way. They're always the cheapest Airline.
Another way of doing it is using priceline.com. You can name your own price for the tickets and they'll see if they have them at that price available. It's worked for me!

Be flexible with your cities. Atlanta to Minneapolis is only $178 with advance purchase. This from Airtran or Northwest. Best to book direct from the airline to avoid additional fees: http://www.airtran.com http://www.nwa.com

PURCHASE ONLY FROM THE AIRLINE WEBSITE; IT IS USUALLY CHEAPER TO DO SO SINCE THE SITE WONT CHARGE A SERVICE FEE!!!!!
