I would suggest you go on a 5 day workout routine, Monday, Wednesday and Friday you should do a full body workout (squats, deadlifts, military presses, upright rows and chest presses). On Tuesday and Thursday you should do some form of cardiovascular exercise (ride a bike, jump rope, run, swim, etc). Take the weekends off and relax. eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I think you should go out for sports... just ignore the people who call you that and don't be a follower when u grow up be a leader... don't do what they do. And if you have a weight room go there and lift 3 times a week. Don't give up!
