Any book that I can buy to learn how to calculate wind load for metal building?

you need to consult with a structural engineer. These parapet loads are very tricky to calculate. You need to have access to ASCE 7-05 wherein all the equations and factors you need to use are listed.

Get a copy of the Uniform Building Code.

It specifies how to calculate wind loads on buildings.
