what causes cellulite is yo-yo dieting, starving yourself, crash dieting etc. there are no specific foods that cause it.

If you lose 10 pounds, you will look awful and feel worse. Your current weight is on the light side for your height. Losing more of your body weight will cause your ovaries to shut down and possibly harm your kidneys. You need to add more calories to your daily intake. For all the exercize you are doing, you aren't taking in enough food. Your body is saying "whoa, I'm being starved so I'd better hang onto every calorie I can." When your body goes into starvation mode, it retains weight to prepare for the lack of sufficient caloric intake. From what I can tell, you need to add some yogurt with fruit, some 1% milk, some veggies (make your salad with dark green leafy lettuce like romaine, not iceberg which has no nutrients) like carrots, broccoli; you should also add at least one more portion of complex carbohydrates, like whole grain pasta, whole grain roll or bread. Some healthy fats like almonds, walnuts, an olive oil are necessary to help you absorb fat-soluable vitamins. You should take a multi-vitamin at dinnertime. Be sure you're drinking enough fluids too, so your kidneys get a work-out. I think you should focus on being healthy and in shape, rather than on being skinny. What you're doing is very close to eating-exercizing bulemia, and your body will suffer if you continue with that low calorie diet and that much exercize. For optimum energy, nice skin/nails/hair, and a healthy mind and body, you need to stop the extreme diet and treat your body better.
