What do guys tell tel girlfriends they love them and they are so beautiful but when they break up he says he never ment what he ever said?!

Guys don't do that, your guy did but he isn't everyone.
He got what he wanted for as long as he wanted, then he was done with you. You fell for his line, and now you want us to explain why you didn't understand from the start. He lied to you, you believed him, and you still don't want to see the truth.

He's just getting back at you for the break up. If he didn't think you were beautiful he wouldn't have said it. He may say I love you just to get you in bed, that happens a lot. More than likely his ego is bruised and want to hurt your feelings.

They may either think they have feelings of love and later discover the feelings they were having weren't actually feelings of love. But, the most obvious, maybe even sadly true, reason may be just to get sex.

Because it was just saying what he thought you wanted to hear. He prolly wanted something from you and once he got it, he wants out. Don't beat yourself up over it, he's a jerk. Trust me, I've been there and done that.
