Yeah I agree with everyone else, eggs and steak have a ton of protein, and most of the time protein shakes are used as meal replacements, so I would have one or the other...not both. Most people shouldn't go over 90 grams of protein a day, and doctors recommend 60 grams.

Steak and Eggs are loaded with protein! I would wait a couple of hours to take the shake. Your body can only process so much protein at one time. You don't want to waste those expensive shakes! - www.Gunzlingerapparel.com

What????

What are you trying to do?

That is a lot of fat and cholesterol you are taking in! And not the good cholesterol either.

Didn't you post a similar question before?

Okay, after your hardest most exhausting workout is when you want to take in your most carbs. That way they wont turn to fat.

Before or even a few hours after is fine to take protein. Remember that your body can only process so much stuff. In other words you will be pissing out the excess and that can be a waste of money.

Here is an important thing to remember. I notice you only ask about the exercise and nutrition part. But your muscles repair themselves towards the end of your sleep. That's why it is important to get six to eight hours of sleep a night. And to have a few rest days in between your workouts.

To simply answer you question.... Yes. Don't forget the other stuffs I wrote though.
