It's all different soups cooked in the same pot! It's all nonsense and they all argue over silly differences and are quite happy to kill and torture each other for centuries.
People still refuse to admit they have fallen for the propaganda and they didn't make a choice. they could still wake up though.....they only need to switch on the brain.....any day now!

If I was born in the Middle East I would have still been brought up as a Christian as that is the religion of my parents.
Islam is actually pretty similar to Christianity. I have read the Bible and the Quran.

I wasn't born there, so why even bring up a question of an 'IF' that's irrelevant,... ;-)
I was born and raised in a small city dominated by Muslims, haven of the Abu Sayyaf and the MILF (Moro Islamic Liberation Front). Went through Catholic Schools which receives bomb threats like three to five times a year. But still lived normally, had friends who are Muslims, Christians, Mormons, Protestants, etc,.. Learned to love the Muslim food and their delicacies. Appreciates their customs and traditions, has learned a lot about their belief and culture, yet I still remain a Christian, loyal to my faith. I have seen [and at times experienced] enough bloodshed, massacre, torture and mental anguish to NOT PUT THE BLAME ON GOD what was done by the HUMAN HANDS CONTROLLED BY A SICK MIND AND LOST SOUL.
What sets us apart from each other is not religion, not race, not our ethnicity. It is influence. We were not born bad, we were all born good but as we grow, we learn to interact, compromise, stand firm or conform to whatever it is that we are exposed to. It is then when we are made to make a choice of who we want to be,...

I know people that live in Muslim dominated countries and are christians. We are taught that there is one God. Is Allah the same God christians serve? Maybe, Muslims also believe in Jesus Christ Just not the same way christians do. Christians believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and that Jesus died on the cross, rose the third day and accended into heaven. Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet who didn't die on the cross, who didn't raise from the dead , but accended to heaven. Jesus said He is the way the truth the life no man cometh unto the father but by me. Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:10 says For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. so Muslims still need Jesus and without Jesus we are not saved.

God comes into many peoples lives, even in the Middle East and far East. Some people who have been brought up Moslems have turned to Christ in later life but yes...it would be more likely that you would be brought up a Moslem if born there.
Best wishes, Mike

first, learn how to speak. a lot of people are born into christian families in the middle east. this says nothing about belief or disbelief. so what if someone is born muslim? all have the opportunity to know God. Those who don't are viewed innocent...please work on your delivery.

You have a free mind,
you choose what you want
to be when you are older and wiser.
The whole world is Gods land,
So it does not make any different
which part of the world you are born in,
It's finding the right path is what different
it make.
So seek all and find the one that is the
straight path.
My God help you in your right path.

Statistically, of course it would be more likely you'd be brought up that way.
But the Bible tells us that we did not choose Him, but He chose us. So I suppose even if you were born in the Middle East, if God had chosen you before the creation of the world, as He says, then you would eventually become a Christian.
I think there are millions, probably BILLIONS of people alive in this world today, who are currently NOT Christians, who will become Christians.

Yes you would probably be muslim. But God promises that every person will have the chance to hear the word of God. Also, children that are to young to make their own decisions, go to heaven no matter what. But if you are a person old enough to decide on their own then it lays on your shoulders.
