I'm 18 years old and weigh 138lbs and I was wondering if exercising (stretching,weightlifting etc) will increase my chances of getting taller and build more muscle and more weight since I'm under weight. I've had this height since I was 16 so I'm wondering will I grow any taller or have stopped? My brother did grow a little after 18 so I not sure if I will grow. So what do you think?
