Another high ranking Christian theologian, Leutheuser, believed that the Holy Spirit moves where it chooses, and stated that, “more spirit of religion has come to Germans through Hitler, than through many of the churches.” (Julius Leutheuser. “Die deutsche Christusgemeinde,” p. 18,19) This same Christian leader asserts that “Germany has been given a mission from God. The leader and prophet is Adolf Hitler.” (SiegfriedLeffer. “Christus im Drittem Reich der Deutschen,” p. 13-18)

NO. To think that presumes that the Holy Spirit of the Bible is evil. That is in direct contradiction to what God is. Do not be fooled by this man.
I have read and studied church history. I have not heard this name before. This Leutheuser does not speak for evangelical Christians. To say that Hitler was God's leader and prophet is ludicrous.
[Since when did we start "ranking" theologians? "Gee, Calvin slipped from three to five in the AP theologians poll, but Billy Graham is at two now and Luther is three." Good grief.]

Gosh, thats closest to the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit I've ever heard. He is God. Have respect, no-one will go to heaven without His help.
Mohammedan theologians say the Holy Spirit is Mohammed, so I guess you are in danger iof blaspheming Mohammed according to them.
There are many references to the Holy Spirit in the New Testament, and some, less clear in the Old. It is clear if you read and compare that the Holy Spirit is God. Without His help you can't put faith in Christ, and if you can't put faith in Christ you are knocking down your bridge into eternal life.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against these there is no law." Galatians 5:22
Doesn't that describe "Der Fuhrer" to a t?
I wouldn't say the KKK was an accurate representation of Christianity, either, no matter how much they claim to. And I am sure there are plenty of non-Christians who would not elect you to represent them, either. Most of us do not wish to be spoken for by the ignorant.
