Besides doing allot of cardio to help burn calories allover you can try some of what I call "pilates tummy toners." If your back can handle it then do the 100, followed by 20 scissors, and about 100 more crunches alternating your legs from laying down flat, to knees bent, to knees and feet parallel off the floor, to straight up and then reverse the whole thing all while continuing your crunches in one smooth flow. Remember that doing any abb workout alone will get you no where...you need your cardio too! Good luck!

There's no such thing as spot reduction....you can do a million sit ups and crunches, but if you have a layer of fat you wll NEVER see them!

Best way to have great abs is to lose body fat...follow a simply diet (5 small meals a day to boost metabolism) and exercise 3 or more days a week.

Good Luck!

Try this - do as many body crunches as you can followed by as many leg raises as you can. Then go for a nice jog. If it's raining out skip rope instead or do 200 jumping jacks. Do that everyday. But you still have to watch your fat intake.
