I suppose they could lie and say "yes" and agree that they are lying.

I'd like to see an honest atheist.

Seeing a lot of honesty. That's refreshing. The insults are immature and poorly though out, but thanks for giving me part of your life which you can't regain.

A participant with the name of Highland said that atheist's agree on everything. I thought it was a pathetic assumption on her part, but I wanted the rest of the atheist community to get a chance to call her a liar.

Nope. The only thing that atheists will agree on is that there are no gods.

The only thing we agree on is that we don't believe there is a god.

Beyond that, the sky is open. There are atheists who say we can't know for sure there is no god, but we can know there is no Judeo-Christian god. There are others who say that there is absolutely no supernatural force in the universe guiding us. There are other atheists who believe in supernatural forces, like ghosts, tarot cards, etc., yet don't believe there's some superior intelligence guiding it.

We come in all flavors. I know a lot who are progressive liberals, others who are anarcho-capitalists, and I even know a couple who are hardcore Republican conservatives. It isn't atheism that defines us. That's just one small part of who we are. Yet, it is certainly the one part that gets questioned the most, probably due to the lack of contact many people have to atheists.

Ah, you've found us out! Yes, we all agree on everything. What happens is that every Thursday around four o'clock in the afternoon, the Pope of Atheism and his 37 Cardinals gather in the rear of a porn shop in Amsterdam and decide what the millions of atheists around the world will agree on in the coming week. Then they eat a raw chicken and boil a Christian baby alive and have an orgy with 72 virgins all named for Christians who were eaten by lions during Nero's reign. We were hoping to keep this a secret, young person, but you outdid us!

No, of course not. We share only one thing in common - we believe there is no god. After that, we run the gambit on everything non-religious in nature. Now, why did you have to assume that atheists are not honest? It takes a lot more honesty to say you believe there is no god and risk the many consequences that can occur than to pretend to believe and live a lie.

No, many atheists have some weird ideas. I do not agree with a lot of them, and they do not agree with me. It doesn't really take much of a person to not believe in fairy tales. Anyone with a somewhat functioning brain can be an atheist.

No, I'm sure that we all don't agree on things...

And for the most part, Atheist tend to be honest... or else they'd lie about being atheist.

I'm pretty sure that we agree that apostrophes aren't used to indicate the plural.

We also agree that there's no god.

There: straightforward honesty for you, right from the mouth of an atheist.

Nope, we're a pretty diverse bunch. There are some broad tendencies, but that's not lockstep agreement. And there are no atheist denominations, so there aren't any keywords like 'evangelical' or 'crazy nutters' to distinguish us.

what is it that you are looking for ????
the total honesty that there is no God?-the fact that we do not believe what you believe?- the fact that we have no problem saying these things?

what is it that you need to know? we say the truth all the time but are you listening? -that is the question- or maybe one needs to ask if you are capable of comprehending what you are reading???!

NO NO NO, Stalin was an atheist and murdered millions of people. As a humanist atheist, that is appalling to me.
