You cant make your ribs go away there a bone in your body. When it gets to where you can see your ribs then thats dangerously skinny. You can gain just a little bit of weight to make it so your stomach and you ribs are even that will probably make you prettier too and look like your not starving yourself (which i hope your not)

i agree your ribs you probably have a beautiful figure :3..dont worry about it hun there are alot of people who would give almost anything to be that skinny =3..but if your that really worried about it I say take up a sport like kick boxing or something and try to eat more cuz ur gonna need it to build some muscle not like bulky muscle but just enough to tone you up. take care <3

join a fitness class they will teach you about food, nutrition and excersize or a kick boxing course some kinda sport u like most likely the trainer or coach will know alot about building up so they will tell you the kinds of foods u'll want to aim at i.e. meat for protein and carbs to build muscles

If you're ribs are sticking out then chances are you're too thin. Of course it could also be genetics. For they guy who said that guys like to see ribs showing - I don't know any guys who like ribs showing. Most guys I know like women with some meat on their bones.

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.
