what would you do? the court woman asked if anyone knew Tim Br but I thought she meant me, and how would I know, I don't hear too well. and then we had the trial and no way the guy was guilty, and then they said, you have the same name as the defendant ok? so its a coincidence so what. besides you get free lunch for a couple of days. but the funniest part is he looks a lot like me.

There can be no confusion because a member of the jury and the defendant have different roles in the trial even when they have the same names. Just refer to the jury or defendant with the name in order not to confuse people.

Interesting .. Maybe hes your twin or long lost brother ? How old was he maybe he was your father? Did he get convicted ? Maybe you can go visit him .You could do a person search through yahoo if you really want more answers. Maybe its Identity Theft. Possible coincidence. Br ? Is it common like Brown .. That guy was named Tim Brr, with an extra "r". Also, it was pronounced "berer".

i think that's pretty funny. when i was in school, there was another girl in my class named Kelley, only she spelled it w/just a 'y'. they had to start calling us Kelly R and Kelley G so we'd know which one was being called.
