My TSH results were 4.70 and the ref. range is 0.44-4.37. What exactly does this mean if it is in the" ORH-Reference range high?" How does it affect you if it is too high

possibly you are mildly hypothyroid, which would manifest as some lethargy, tiredness, weight gain, you should discuss this with a doctor

note that I am not a doctor, just someone who is severly hypothyroid (think my TSH was about 4X what you listed, but is normal now) and have to take thyroid medication, also you should be aware that hypothyroidism is a fairly common ailment
