so yeah, are there any celebrities who are/were (if dead) mormon? i havent heard of any actors/singers who are mormon.

There are many. In sports there is Steve Young, Danny Ainge, Dale Murphy, Johnny Miller and many others. In acting there is Donny and Marie Osmond et al. Gordon Jump, Willford Brimley, Gladys Knight and many others. In politics there is George and Mitt Romney, Harry Reid, Ezra Taft Benson and many others. The recent winner of Dancing With the Stars, Ms. Hough, the partner for Anton Apollo Ohno is LDS. There are many LDS "celebrities". We don't go around making a big deal about it.
