Nothing comes up when you Google it.
On the map, it looks like a typical San Pedro residence or apartment.

If you are looking for something specific, perhaps a family who lives there may provide a clue.
You may have to contact the LA County Registrar-Recorder's office in Norwalk for information about the owner, past sales, etc.

Did something happen there?
Did someone famous live there?

Check with the library in San Pedro. they usually keep really old photos. And call the Chamber of Commerce and ask for an employee who has been working there for years. That person might come up with some good ideas. And City Hall too

See if there is any sort of San Pedro Historical Society.
check with the local paper.
