Such a person will not be kicked out, but they will be in violation of the Word of Wisdom (D&C 89). This will mean that they will (a) no longer be able to hold a Temple Recommend and attend the Holy Temple and (b) no receive the blessings that follow from obedience to the Lord.

No most smokers in the LDS church are inactive and are called Jack-Mormons...Jack Mormons are Mormons who don't obey the Word of Wisdom D & C 89
Notably Drinking Alcohol, smoking tobacco or drinking hot drinks.
Though Drinking and smoking are the main offenses.

There's no smoking in the chapel.
There's no smoking in the temple.
I don't remember any signs stating that either, so it might be an interesting experiment about enforcing civil laws on private property that invites the public in.
Then they'd have to post "No Oral Sex Permitted" in the bathrooms, too.
