Why are guys shy???? theres a boy i like and he likes me back. we walk home from school everyday and talk. today his friends left us alone so we could talk. when we started talking he smiled and talked to me. Once we got to my mail box his smile faded and he wasn't as happy?! help! please!

i told him i'll miss him when he goes to private school. he said he'll miss me too. i tried to tell him: hey i like u but he isn't doing anything.
i know he likes me. its too obvious not to know

It's just the way we are. A lot of guys (myself included) didn't spend enough time chatting people up in our childhood, so we're at a loss when it comes to conversational skills. That gets worse when the guy likes you. You noticed a sudden change in his expression . . . it may have been that he was trying to think of something to say because he desperately wants to talk to you, or he felt the conversation going downhill and he panicked, or he wanted to tell you something and he couldn't work up the nerve to say it. If he doesn't KNOW you like him, that could explain it too. He just needs more experience and a touch of encouragement. He also needs to stop being so self-conscious . . . but that comes with experience more than anything else. Be sure he knows you like him! And be patient . . . Good luck!

I am very shy. When he lost his smile it means he got scared. He was probably trying to think of something to say, or how to say something he felt about you. Keep talking to him!! The more you talk to him, the less shy he will be. Find opportunities to talk to him when not very many people are around, so he will feel more comfortable. Don't give up on him.

It all depends on the guy. I am not shy but i have a friend that is extrmemly shy and blushes everytime he talks to his gf. It just depends
