It just depends on what tattoo you have and what you want it covered up with but 9 out of 10 times the cover ups look very good and you cant even tell that they are cover up's because i have one that is a cover up and it looks good

sometimes they show a little, depends on what you have and what you are getting over it.....most of the time people will not notice it is a cover up unless they already know the old one was there

My best friend got a tatoo done over another one and you can't see it completely but you can see a sort of outline sometimes especially if he gets chilly or goosebumps.

The "cover" jobs I've seen were done well. It probably depends on what you are trying to cover, what you are trying to cover it with, and the skill of your tattoo artist.

It depends on the size of the old one. You need to go to your local tattoo shop and ask them. They may suggest using a color tattoo to cover it. They do this alot so dont be nervous about asking.

Not if you have a good tattoo artist.A good artist will blend it in so you cant even tell there was another one there
