first starting out.. do it every 3 days then eventually go up to like 5days or 6days i wouldnt do it every day because it not only will burn you out but your body needs to rest.also try switching up your work out a bit.doing the same thing everyday your body will get use to it. and you will stop loseing weight.try harder more vigurious work outs 3 times a week and lighter ones the other 2 or 3. you also need to make sure you are watching what you eat..hope this answers your question..good luck.

cause if you go every 3 days...the calories u get in those three days wont b burned in one night ur on the treadmill.

it all depends on how hard your working...if you go everyday but its light to medium effort then you'll see less weight loss then if you were to go every 3 days as hard as you can each day! That is what I would suggest, its not about how long you go but how hard you go. if you go hard every day then all the more power to you.
