It could be a cyst, stress, diet change, exercise change, or something else.

Talk to your doctor and get answers. If you're sure it's not pregnancy, then you need to see a professinoal and get the answers.

If your a teen, your body is just getting used to having ur period, but if you haven't had it that long u should still see your doctor, but if you are in you 40's or older u could be just entering menopause. Either way its best to see your doctor. Another thing tho that is entirely possibly is that you may very well be pregnant. My sister did not know she was pregnant until she was around 7 1/2 months pregnant she had no symptoms she actually didn't gain any weight until she was entering her 8th month she had morning sickness for maybe one week if it was morning sickness, she always thought it was the flu. My coworker also was not aware she was pregnant until she went into labor she had a small period every month and she gained 8 lbs during the entire pregnancy and had no morning sickness or cravings or anything that normal pregnant women have. The best thing you can do is go to a doctor, they'll do a pregnancy test and check for anything else that could be a possibility

Go see a doctor or buy a pregnancy test. There are other things that can make periods late such as stress, weight loss or gain. Some people get pregnant and don't have symptoms for awhile, so check it out asap.

It could be all sorts of things. I have a friend whose cycle is so abnormal, that she may get a period every month for a little while, then not have another one for six months. Whatever it is, you need to go to a ob/gyn to get checked out. Even if you're not pregnant, you need to know what's going on in your body, and going to a dr is the only way to figure that out! Good luck!

How old are you? If you are a young teen and just started your period within the last year or so, this is normal. It will eventually even out. If not then you need to see a doctor.

It could be many different things, but I would first and foremost ask your doctor. Have you gone off the pill? sometimes going off the pill will offset your period for months. When I first went off the pill, it took almost a year for me to get my period. However it could be something more serious and you should not wait much longer to say something to your doctor.

If you miss 2 periods in a row, you need to see your doc unless you know the reason and are aware this may happen.

Take a pregnancy test anyway.
You can stop having your period if you don't have enough body fat. Are you super skinny?
