As a Christian, I don't think we should be making fun of anybody here. This is supposed to a legitimate questions/answers forum where people can get concise answers for their questions and not commentary that is out of context or malicious offerings. Jesus was a man and so was Darwin.

Jesus is the savior of the world the son of God Darwin is just a guy with a idea that approx.80% of the world thinks nothing of. hope this helps

Lack of sense. Not only was Darwin a real man, his theory is now a real fact; I have proved that it is correct. (Details on request to anyone who provides an e-mail address.) Not that it matters much; evolution has been established science for a century, meaning that people use it because it works.

They are showing how to NOT practice what they preach. Jesus' teaching about offering the other cheek when slapped on one, usually goes down the drain, when their vanity and pride are challenged...
In that... there goes Humility also. There goes Patience and Don't even get started on Love and Peace!
So in essence, in one action of making fun of their beloved icon, you have drawn forth the Ugliest parts of their nature, that their icon had spent years of his ministry preaching, and eventually making the ultimate sacrifice by death... so that these VERY people would remember his message of Love, Faith and Hope....
But of course who cares about Love, Faith and Hope when one can hit back and show how strong and powerful we ae with our words ya?

Christians get upset when we make fun of Jesus because their faith is fragile.
There is no fragile a faith as the one that needs defending.

making fun of the theory of evolution from monkeys is one thing (i think of it as giving atheists a taste of their own medicine ;) but making fun of God is different. what is an unbelievers motive of making fun of God anyway? why come here and try and make christians feel stupid? how can this kind of person NOT need to grow up, you're clearly a child.

Darwin spent his life trying to figure out we got here without admitting we were created by God.
