Ask him what does he want, why is he there? And he better have a legit excuse or else you will call the whole police department out and raise hell.

I'm afraid to ask what you & your GF were doing at the time.
Whose garden was it anyway? Mabe the owner wanted you to get off his strawberries before you crushed them.
I don't know that "disturb" means either, but I assume that you have no legal case simply because he spoke to you, if that is what you are asking. It has been awhile since I was in law school, but it does not sound like any of your constitutional rights were violated.

Not enough information.
Whose garden? Were both of you clothed?
Were you being loud and obnoxious?
Were you making love in public?
If it was your garden or her garden and there is a privacy fence around the garden, then you need to know why the police are there.
This question cannot be addressed without more details.

Well you didn't say why the policeman disturbed you.
Did he have a reason to be there? There is not much you can do about a policeman doing his job.

Please provide details. No details= No answers. I bet you weren't just sitting there. Either that, or it wasn't your garden you were sitting in.
