I would think about which side you sleep on the most...and dont pierce that side. I got my left cartilage pierced and i sleep most on my left side. It irritated my ear until it healed up!

left definitely...... it just looks better and more right. But its true look at your ears first then decide. Cartilage piercings if done with an earring will flatten out the ear so be sure to take that in account.

i would pierce the left... it really doesnt matter, the whole thing about "left is right and right is wrong" isnt true. But mine is on the left because thats what my piercer decided to do it on, and i love it!

youre supposed to do it on the left but most places will let you chose which side you want. i have it on both sides though. i have 9 piercings on each side though too. but why not do both sides?

it doesn't really matter, so just pick the ear you like the best i guess.
