The most important factor is finding a very good regime and sticking to it. Hydrating face wash, toner and a day cream
repeat at night with a night/eye cream.

Stay out of the sun, use hats, wear SPF clothing, use SPF creams for UV A and B of 50 or better..

washing face clean of make up every night, a light moisterizer afterward (Clinique's yellow moisterizer works for me)
and staying out of the sun, as much as you can and or using a moisterizer that has a sun block
