The healthy thing to do is eat healthy and dont exercise even though exercise would make it even more healthy.If you exercise but eat junk food all the sugars and fat and build up in the inside and instead of the out.I know that sounds insane but scientist have proved that when you eat junk food and exercise you can have fat store up next to your organs.If to much fat gets stored than it can squeeze your organs and can harm your body.

in a perfect world both. I would say eating healthy for sure! eating bad food not only effects your body but your skin, your metabolism and later down the road in life. bad food can cause high blood pressure & cholestorol & other harmful things that you cannot get rid of. eating healthy but not excercising will definitely make you loose weight & make you feel better & look better! the more vitamins and natural nutrients you get into your body, the better you are. Eating junk & then excercising really defeats the purpose of excersising. Definitely go with eating healthy!

It's best to do half-and-half. Exercising somewhat regularly, and watching what you eat as much as you can will make the best combo. But if not, eat healthy and no exercise.

Eating healthily and no exercise. Exercise is not JUST runnning or biking or aerobics. It is everything you do, walking, cleaning, raking leaves. So it is better to do normal activities and eat healthy foods.

eatin healthily coz when eat junk food no matter how much you exercise your body is still made of junk. your more likely to be spotty, have dry skin or cellulite even if ur not fat. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT i should know!
