Can you catch hep c, b, or a from inhaling small amounts of freeze dried plasma? If so, are there stats on the % chance of getting it?

one more thing, most freeze dried blood products are treated with heat/detergents to sterilize them, this one was not because it is not intended for human use.

freeze dried plasma is sterile, you have zero chance of catching anything from it even if you ate it.

the RN has it right. however, i would also like to point out that even if it wasn't freeze dried, hcv can only infect if the blood enters your blood stream. hcv-blood to blood only.
