If you are referring to shyness, and/or lack of socialization skills this might help: Everybody has them!! there has not been one person in this world that has not felt insecure at some point, some (like me) even feel it very often. You just have to relax and think that you are not the only one that feels that way. Have a little more confidence in yourself, you will learn with time that you need not to worry about what people think about you so much, besides, there is always someone that admires and respects you, even when you make mistakes; if you can't find that one person around you, have you looked in the mirror? start with yourself! as long as you feel good about yourself, don't let insecurities (especially your looks if that is the case) mess you up. Try joining clubs (if you are in school), non-profit organizations, church youth grups, etc. Or you can just go hiking, swimming, painting or anything, even by yourself! it is fun and a great way to find what you are good at.

Face them! If you're insecure about, say knowledge, spend time reading and improving yourself. If you're insecure about the way you look, get some advice and make a change. For sure, running away from insecurities, hiding from them, trying to ignore them...you're not gonna win. And, you want to be a winner! Don't forget, NOBODY can make you feel insecure. Insecurity, the same as guilt, is a self-made feeling. Rock on!

Learning how to mature and stop being child-like in your way of handling situations or problems. That's a start.
If you are insecure, you need to grow up and let all of your stupid worries go... I've been insecure plenty of times... We all have, but after a while they should go away...
Like if you are going ballistic over a senoir citizen woman giving your BF a cupcake just because you think that woman likes your BF, then you ARE WAY TOO INSECURE OR JUST PLAIN REMEDIAL!!!!

Come up with a motto or saying and every morning when you are standing in front of the mirror tell yourself your saying. Whenever you start thinking about your insecurity than say it again. This worked for me! Good Luck

insecurities is the mother of all bad relationships.
Thats something you'll have to be strong on and try to overcome them. Try building some confidence in yourself, and worry about yourself instead of everyone else. The more you trust yourself and have confidence in yourself, you'll insecurities will slowly diminish.

Fix them. Pure and simple.
If you cant fix it, brag it. Everyone has insecurities, even celebrities. They're just good at turning the insecurity into a a "brag".

start doing things you know you can do well to build up your confidence and then go from there. The more progress you make and the more goals you reach, the better you will feel about yourself.

Dare to be yourself. Stop trying to be who you think other people want you to be. You are okay just like you are. If people don't like you for your real self, leave them behind. Find people who do like you for yourself. You can do it. Stop worrying about what they think. Be kind, treat others as you would like to be treated and you will be happy.
