Foxpro and Firefox are not the same programs. An ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) driver is used for database connections.

It is not something malicious or anything to worry about. If you get rid of it, it might interfere with any applications you run which might have required the database driver, but in your case I do not believe it would be an issue (since you are unfamiliar with FoxPro I assume you aren't doing anything which would require its database driver).

Firefox is a browser, FoxPro is a database, they are not related.
