I always receive fax promotions for $99.00 or $199.00 ti multiple locations, and i wonder if anyone has any experience with this, i know is to good to be true.

Yes, and stay away from them. They are all scams. They suck you in then jack up the price. What people have to remember is that with travel, you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap price, you'll get a cheap vacation. Trust me, it's not worth sleeping in a basement next to the boiler room just to save a few dollars.

First of all, if this is in the United States, indiscriminate faxing of promotional material is illegal.
I would personally not trust companies that will resort to illegal ways to promote their business.
