Try eating your normal breakfast in addtion to some carnation instant breakfast or another drink that has calories. Drink plenty of whole milk because it has plenty of calories and fat. If you do not like plain milk try adding the carnation powder or ovaltine to flavor it. Drinking a lot of milk while breast feeding is a good thing. A lot of women lose a bunch of weight while breast feeding so it may be a problem that will go away once you stop breast feeding. Good luck.

Since you're breastfeeding, you need a LOT more calories than you usually would. Any kind of beef has high calories plus high protein. Places like GNC should have protein shakes for bodybuilders or people who want to gain weight. And good job at working out! If you're not already, add weight training to your routine. Increased muscle increases weight.

Well, don`t eat constantly, because that is bad for you and your motabilisom. But since you are breast feeding, that is the reason why you can not gain weight. My mom said that when she breastfed me, she lost weight to. I think it is because all of your fats and stuff like that are going to the breastmilk, because your baby needs it. Do not worry. Just eat healthy and you will be fine!!! I promise!!!
