Why do you put so much pressure on yourself? Do you really have to? I don't think so, you could steer your life into a slightly or completely different direction, your choice.
Life wouldn't be life without a whole pile of garbage around every corner. It's our privilege to wipe it up and stick around for another few decades.
You know, if you look at problems as something bothersome, you'll give yourself a hard time. Problems is always an opportunity.
What you can do and what I'd recommend is that you control a bit better the frequency and caliber of problems in your life. You can control it better, right.
24 hours every day at your disposal until you give up and leave. That's what you have. Do with it whatever you like to.
Perhaps you are already bound to family, work, academic, social or relation responsibilities. You have the responsibility to take care of yourself so you can do all the things you and the ones you love want's to/should do. It's your privilege to be the master of your own time and your own decisions.
So, buckle up and get focused. Is it a vacation you need or more efficiency? You know the answer yourself.
If you know that you're living your own excuses there's nobody else on this planet who can help you better than yourself.

Use this. Save it and use it as many times a day as you need to. It works, it really does.
Just Stop and Let Life get Easier!!
When life's problems seem to close in on us from all sides and loneliness and depression come or we become agitated, miserable, doubtful and fearful. Don’t fret! there is a solution when these things crop up, immediately follow these simple instructions.....Say to yourself,( your name), Stop!! Let go and Let God Be God.( again what ever that is to you.) Take a deep, deep breath and let it out very slowly. Relaxing your neck, shoulders, arms, hands, stomach, legs and feet. You will instantly begin to fill with and softly say or think these words to yourself. I am filling with;
Gratefulness
Warmness
Tenderness
Kindness
Gentleness
Humbleness and Peacefulness.
You will find that you experience not only a mental change but also a definite physical change, that begins to instantly change your outlook on the current situation. You can do this anytime anywhere. I have done it in traffic. Behind the slow lady in line at the store. I do this every night before I lay down to sleep. It Works. It really does. Please Try It...
Remember, we have to quit playing God or it will kill us !!!!

If you have a friend that you can really talk to about anything, maybe she can help you solve some of the issues. Panic attacks are no fun, I know, I have to take medication to control them. So I can understand where you're coming from. If you are close to one or both parents, they might be the ones to help. My Mom & Grandmother were my best friends and I could talk to them about anything. I lost my Mom, Grandmother, Mother-in-law, Husband & Father in the past few yrs. I really hope you can find somone who you can talk to because it's not good to carry around all the pressure you feel. You have to get it out some way. Feel Better.

Relax... many people answer questions withouth fully understanding the depth of a problem... you said it yourself that you came here for advice and that is what you are getting... whether it be bad or good. Don't take to heart rude answers, it is only someone who doesn't truley know you that is giving their opinion. Take bad things with a grain of salt, and laugh at it if it helps... you know deep down the answers to resolving your issues, and you know you are the only one who can take care of you. Be strong... there is a beautiful sunset ahead of you tonight and a new day to focus on in the morning... just relax and take life in. It will be ok. : )

Remember to adopt the right emotion for the circumstance. Is your anger going to help you solve these problems and make your life better? Sometimes it is good to angry, but often it just produces resentment and hard feelings. Decide what emotions are needed based on the problems. Don't make enemies needlessly.

Relax, people are always going to say stupid things. Some to be hurtful, some because they want to hurt. We all make mistakes, no need to blame just learn from them. Please, no matter how hard, don't let comments bother you. That is why I work with animals. Please relax and call a friend. I have that special friend that knows im crazy and will sit and listen to me. Hope you do to, take care. Go scream or cry if you need to. Don't get angry, nasty people are not worth it!

Don't take what perfect strangers on Yahoo! Answers say so personally.
The Internet allows a certain amount of anonymity that many users tend to exploit by taking their own frustrations out on unsuspecting strangers.

Girl, you gotta get it together. I know people have issues, but you got to let some stuff go and stop letting others control your emotions. This is a website for entertainment. You ignore people who get on your nerves and talk to people who don't.

when i went to university they tought me ways that i could ease stress so i could work easier.
these are a few weird ways, and they actully work.
1) smile big cheesy grins to yourself in the mirror, smiling realeases a hormone that makes you feel happy.
2)fold the outside of your ears inwards, about 3/4 times, this loosens muscles and tension.
3)blow your cheeks out a few times (same as above)
4)sing, sing like know one can hear you, dance around, let the happy music take you.
5)plenty of chocolate!

The majority of people knocking you down are doing it because it makes them feel brave and powerful. The others are just very depressed and have nothing better to do with their time.
