I have Psoriasis on the back of my hands and elbows, and always wear T shirts, never worries me. However I have a friend with port wine birth mark, one quarter of his face and it does not worry me. Beauty is not just skin deep and remember we all age, so whomever you pick to be your life partner, might look handsome, beautiful at 25 and old, fat, bald and ugly at 50!

If I see some one with a birth mark on their face and they are attractive and or beautiful, that birthmark does not make them less attractive to me, it really makes me feel that God added an extra feature to this person and they must be very special.
I feel that God has touched them in a special way. Who are we to judge and to stare, we are all God's children and he made us all, he hand picked us so who are we to take away a person's pride and beauty, God made them this way for a reason and for what ever his reason is, it has to be heavenly .God is our Heavenly Father! Remember, A person's beauty comes from within a person's heart and soul,

I think it makes them - who they are.
The only sadness I'd feel is with someone with the port wine birth mark [covering a huge portion] otherwise I don't judge people I care about on looks, etc..

No, why would it make them less attractive?

My girlfriend has one on her cheek, and i think it's cute. :P
But it shouldn't make you less or more attracted to them... that's just shallow IMO.
