Soy products and Quark. You can very creative with tofu because it takes on the flavors that you add to it. I am not sure how to do it but I have had it deep fried and it is very good.

You should really try some meatless options, like soy meat made by Boca, MorningStar, Worthington, etc. They have a lot of protein and actually are good tasting. Try it out!

try pinto beans. a lot of people dont like them but they are a good source of protein and a lot of times can take the place of a meat in meals. good luck!
