Well... most of them are illegal so how come the police are unable to shut them down?

Ummm... actually no, Thomas, they are not. Only 12 of them are legal, I just watched a tv special all about it.

And think about this one... you can't debunk it even though I saw it on tv... you can order without a prescription, from other countries, can order illegal substances, all without ever providing a medical history or ever visiting a doctor at many of these places. Don't believe me? Look it up.

Most of them are based in foreign countries, and so, U.S. police can't shut them down.
The states which are promoting drug importation are participating in an illegal activity. The federal government has told them to stop it on several occasions.
