T RANSFERING audio files from one OS to another!!!?

Question

I am currently using W2K server, I downloaded 300 songs from Limewire,not realizing tha W2K server does not have a sound device. Now I also have Linspire/Linux on the same computer wich does have sound capability. I guess my question is can I transfer the music from W2K to Linspire/Linux without screwing up my downloaded music? Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I am kind of new to this computer stuff THANK YOU

Hi. If the files are in a standard format,such as mp3, then just copy them into the Linux partition. I think this will work.
