u just go to a reputable professional & have it done...u don`t have to take any special measures beforehand...it`s very quick & painless!!! as for cost, i couldn`t tell u, because that`s gonna vary from place to place...

depends on where you live and what kind of jewelry you get... i live in Chicago and when i got my lip pierced it cost 70 for the piercing it's self and then for the price of the jewelry. shop around you might get a better price but they usually run about the same price where ever you go.

Find a tattoo parlor with good piercer. Bring a valid ID, sign a waiver. Pay usually around 50 bucks go in the back, sit down, get stabbed

You have to be 18 or have a parent with you and it costs around $50 more or less depending on where you go.

what do you mean, "what do you have to do"? you have to go to the piercist and get it pierced! you just sit there. It doens't hurt and it doesn't usually cost that much, but that's something you have to take up with the piercist.

Have a lip, and be willing to have a needle shoved through it. and between 20-50bucks, depending on where you go.

just go to a tatoo shop, but you haft to be a sertin age or you'll haft to take an OLDER person with you. And it will be more than five dallors. just make shr they use a clean needle.

the only way to do this is to go to a tattoo place and then if and only if your over 18 you can get this done for about 50 dollars.
and yes it does hurt too.

kids at my school pierce each other's lips all the time. they do it for free also.
