when i told my mom i was sick my throat did hurt and it was really sore but it went away and she is still taking me to the doctor

Ok Gabby, you see what lying will do, It only makes things worse so you need to apologize to your mom ask her to forgive you and don't lie to her again about you being sick or about anything, 1 lie leads to many many more and by the time you know it will have created such problems for you and your mom and your mom will never believe you again about anything, and believe me that is a bad feeling to have your mom to distrust you about everything, but this is what 1 little lie will do to a great relationship between a mother and her daughter. Respect your mother tell her the truth and let her know how sorry you are that you hurt her and promise her you will never lie to her again if you don't your relationship will be over. The love, trust and respect she has for you will be damaged and it is hard to get back. Please, Honor your Mom and she to will honor you!

Act all sick in class. I'm a teacher, and i hate it when they miss class but I understand if the student is sick. I wouldnt give them a problem about letting them go home. Just explain what happened. I've even left schooln early because I didnt feel good before, and i get paid to go

Life is short. Decide why you wanted to ditch school and tell the truth.
FYI the treatment for strep throat is antibotics and that will give you diahhrea and gastrointestinal difficulties and tweaks your immune system , so you could get sick from it. Antibotics also make the BCP ineffective.

Wow... go through the steps... and when it comes back negative, then just say "I thought I had it... felt like it" I mean your not a doctor... you only felt like you were sick with strep...

Just tell your mom the truth, If she spends the money on the Dr and nothing is wrong with you she will find out that you lied.

Do you live at home? If so, you are just going to have to suck it up and come clean to your mother. There's no reason to lie to her. It will save her the money for an unnecessary trip to the doctor.
