I've looked everywhere and can't find one but I know they're out there because I've seen one. I'd appreciate any help

The trick with tattoos is to go into the shop with an open mind; it could be that the exact image that you want isn't completely appropraite for where you want it. (If you already have tattoos, I'm sure you know this)
Go to the parlor prepared with a couple of different images, all with aspects of what you want your tattoo to have. The artist will sketch it out for you according to your tastes, fusing the images together; that is probably how the image that you saw was made.

Can't you just tell the tattoo shop what you want and they'll draw it up? Or find a picture of a leprechaun and then a separate picture of a machine gun. Photoshop them together or cut the gun out and tape it on the leprechaun. :) Good luck! That tattoo will be HOTT!!!

Haha, that is humorous. Put the laptop down, and quit what you are doing. Where do you place the ink? That is definitely hilarious, like there may be an ink reservoir on a tattoo laptop. Thanks, I wanted a well chortle this morning!!!
