Yes, when a Catholic is baptized, they receive the Holy Spirit into their life for the first time. The gifts of the Holy Spirit a person receives at Baptism are made stronger in the sacrament of Confirmation.

Brainwashed Asker Alert!

Questions like this are a brainwashing / propaganda technique. There is no way a non-Christian can answer this question.

An answer in the negative would mean "I haven't been baptised YET," as though an eventual baptism is a foregone conclusion.

To the asker, while I accept that there are genuine believers in Christianity, you my dear have been brain washed.

Yes , the reason , i became a christian believer.

I am a medical student here in New York and also a Ex Muslim from Abu Dhabi (UAE citizen). Recently in a very unexpected situation i decided to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior. During my several visits to a Pentecostal church ,( I do’t find any idols or photos there other than bible verses stick on the walls ) am personally experienced the power of holy spirit and talking in tongues. In my heart i prayed to God, if this is true and real, filled with me. The pastor laid his hand on me and prayed for me. All of a sudden I experienced the power of holy spirit, came upon me and a great happiness filled in my heart.
My friend told me about holy spirit from the bible that this is what Jesus Christ promised before he raised to heaven , about a “COMFORTER” to send to this world to lead the believers in the right path. I found Jesus as my Lord, savior, my close friend in need . Encourage you to taste His love & compassion which is missing in ISLAM.

I did a very comfortable research before my conversion got many questions about Islam, but not much answers. I confirm that Jesus Christ is the only answer and the way to eternal Life. Also I confirmed that Islam is a false religion and Qu’ran has been partly copied from HOLY BIBLE. I am very much impressed with the LOVE & COMPASSION of Jesus Christ, which is not visible in

Not sure exactly what that term means. If "baptised [sic] in the holy spirit" means speaking in tongues, hearing voices in my head, or having vivid hallucinations, then the answer is certainly not.

Not unless you're 2000 years old. There's one baptism today; that is: in the Lord's church anyway. Water baptism. Holy Spirit baptism was only in effect in the first centrury when the church was first established.

The Bible, especially the New Testament, is a fabrication of the Roman Emperors to pacify a rebellious Judea, who subsequently edited the Old Testament ex post facto to prophesize about the Roman invented Jesus myth.
