My fiance is baptized and confirmed Catholic. He's religious and a Catholic church wedding is important to him. I am baptized Catholic but was never confirmed and attended Methodist church until I was about 8, and haven't been back since. The Catholic churches are all talking to me like I'm satan since I'm not "REGISTERED" whatever that means. So where the hell can we get married?!?!!??!

Yes, it is true that both must be registered in the parish where they want to get married. You have to be a Catholic in good standing which means that you attend Mass regularly, partaking of the sacraments of Eucharist and Reconciliation on a regular basis, and that you are registered in your parish. The only way for you to give your husband the wedding that it sounds like he wants would be to start being active in the church. Otherwise, you can go to any Justice of the Peace, or you can have a Deacon of the church marry you outside of the church...meaning rent a hall or plan an outdoor wedding, and ask a Deacon to perform the ceremony.

The Catholic Church accepts people of other faiths, and performs many weddings of mixed faiths every year. The non-Catholic party does not have to be "registered" (I don't know what that means either). A Catholic Church wedding is not just important to your fiance, it is essential. A Catholic cannot be validly married except by a Catholic priest or deacon. Any other kind of service and any other kind of minister would result in the Catholic person being unable to reveive the sacraments of the Church, because of being in a persistent state of mortal sin, namely cohabitation without benefit of marriage.

He wants a curch wedding.
The church won't give it to you unless you get back in the fold.

Looks pretty clear... either you get back in the fold, or you get married at city hall.
