I have the same type of skin! I've been using Cucumber & Elastin Eye & Face Stress Gel by St. Ives for about 4 years now. It's not at all greasy, goes on cool and takes away any traces of puffiness you might have in the morning. It is relatively inexpensive at under $5. per bottle. A bottle usually lasts me about 6 weeks using two applications per day.

I have the same skin type as you, and my dermatologist recommended Purpose moisturizer or Cetaphil.... I prefer the Purpose myself. It will not make you break out and will not make your skin oily! You can buy it at any drugstore/pharmacy and both moisturizers are under $10.

dermalogica is a good face wash for acne that also moisturizes aswell and it is reasonably priced. E45 cream is also quite good for when you have dry skin as it hydrates the skin alot. make sure that u drink plenty of water aswell!
