We are from India and we have cleared our labor certification. We want to change our apartment but do not want it to delay our green card processing. I am not sure if it has any effect.

If your green card application request is still with the Department of Justice, you need to advise them of the change of address. You will need to fill out an AR11 form which can be found on the website below

If you have already cleared that hurdle, and it is with the National Visa Center, you can call them at 603-334-0700 and provide them with the new address. If you take these steps, there will not be a delay.
